We'll cover the tools and skills that move you forward, but we won't stop there. We'll explore how emotional intelligence is as important to success as math and language, and get you jumpstarted. I won't just hand you a "helpful checklist" or put you through a class you have to figure out on your own. The Unstuck Program is one on one coaching. Each online Zoom session runs about 90 minutes. So was I!
There's nothing I love more than teaching others how to harness their potential, make great decisions, and get the results they were made for! I have a thriving online practice coaching clients through obstacles they're ready to move beyond. But that wasn't always the case.
As a young teen without parental guidance, I hit the world with no idea how to build a successful life or relationships. Against tough odds I went from a system kid in foster care to college grad, corporate professional, world traveling military spouse, teacher, and eventually, Certified Life Coach. Over the last two decades, I've studied the brain and how it works to create the results in our lives. I've mentored and supported professionals, military members, and young adults all over the world while raising a terrific family of my own. Now I work with clients one on one teaching the skills that transformed my life and so many others. I'd love to help you get unstuck and moving forward.
